tag covered with paper from 
'the scrapcake' one moment in time 6x6 pad.  
decorative border cut using 'edgeabilities' classic petal die.  
edges lightly coloured using 'distress ink' vintage photo.

'gold ring' frame cut from white card stock using circle dies and
 embossed with 'ranger' super fine detail gold embossing powder.
photo printed, distressed with 'distress ink' vintage photo, 
glued to back of frame, and adhered to tag using 3d glue.

crinkle ribbon coloured with 'distress stain' tumbled glass
 and 'distress ink' vintage photo, fixed above 
decorative border using 'inkssentials' wonder tape 
and tied in a bow and fixed to top of tag.

roses cut from same paper pad as above using 'alterations'
 tattered pinecone die, leaves cut from 'core-dinations' 
craft core using 'decorative strip' autumn gathering.
 roses and leaves distressed using 'distress ink' 
vintage photo and adhered using 3d glue.

adhesive pearls and gems added from stash.
