ranger - february colour palette inspiration

'i heart ranger'

manila tag coloured with 'distress stain' brushed pewter,
 festive berries, picked raspberry and dusty concord.

vintage music coloured with 'distress ink'
 milled lavender and dusty concord and adhered to tag using
 'inkssentials' collage glue stick.  edges distressed
 and coloured with 'distress ink' dusty concord.

'idea-ology' crinkle ribbon coloured with 'distress stain' 
dusty concord and fixed to tag using 'inkssentials' wonder tape.

'idea-ology' paper string coloured with 'distress stain'
 brushed pewter, fixed to tag on back with tape
and on front with mini staples.

ribbon and string coloured as above 
tied in a bow and fixed to top of tag.

'tando creative' grab bag: hearts (x4) painted 
using 'adirondack' paint dabber watermelon.
  'distress stickles' clear rock candy dry glitter coloured with 'adirondack' alcohol ink watermelon, 
adhered to two hearts using matte medium.
  words 'i heart' and ranger logo fixed to heart using wonder
tape and triple embossed along with the last heart using 
'emboss it' dabber and 'melt art' clear utee.

'claudine hellmuth' sticky-back canvas adhered to 
'idea-ology' grungepaper and coloured with 
'distress stain' picked raspberry, cut using 
'alterations' die tattered florals and a hole punch.

'inkssentials' metal foil tape sheet adhered to 
grunge paper, painted with paint dabber 
raspberry and cut using die as above.
paint distressed using wire wool.

flowers and hearts glued in place using 3d glue.

vintage map of 'the far east' printed from internet and 
sea coloured using a waterbrush and 'distress ink' tumbled glass.
edges distressed then coloured with 
blending tool and 'distress ink' vintage photo.

map glued in place and gold washi tape added to corners.

'tim holtz' stamp air travel 
compass stamped using 'archival' ink jet black.

letter stickers added from stash.

paper flowers coloured using 'distress stain' 
worn lipstick and picked raspberry, 
then glued in place and
 'liquid pearls' white opal added to centers.

paint dabbers hazelnut, pitch black and snow cap.

'tim holtz' stamp life adventure: 
elephant stamped with 'archival'  ink jet black, 
then masked off and background stamped with post card address.  
tribal motive stamped using 'adirondack' paint dabbers 
water melon and sunshine yellow and mask removed.

elephant coloured using 'distress ink' weathered wood,
 old paper and pumice stone with a waterbrush. 

letters and word added with 'dymo' black tape

'tissue tape' symphony and some vintage music added to 
centre and edges distressed. 

bicycle '1800 vintage playing cards - ellusionist' 
glued in place.

'tando creative' grab bag: heart covered with paper stash, words added, then triple embossed with utee and adhered to tag.

'idea-ology' adage ticket stapled in place.

rosette made from lace, aged with 'distress ink' vintage photo and fixed to tag with 'prima marketing' engraver metal brad.

lace, aged as above, tied through tag.  

'idea-ology' wire pin with locket key, bead and customised cash key attached to lace.
